Shipping Policy

Orders over $100 are subject to free shipping.

DRY ICEE™ clothing ships all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS. Tracking number will be provided via email once shipment has been confirmed. 

Upon shipment a receipt via email will be sent accompanying tracking number. 

All non-custom made items are usually shipped out within 1-2 business days.

Custom made items (items that have been created completely from scratch and are made to order) take longer to create in order to ensure the quality; therefore these items are usually shipped within 1 - 3 weeks of the placement of the order. If the customer requires for these items to be expedited an additional charge may take place.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide any special delivery instructions to USPS/UPS at your shipping address. After tracking has shown the delivery of said items have been completed, we are not responsible for any packages lost.

DRY ICEE™ clothing verifies the contents of packages and matches orders placed before sealing. Our seal is a guarantee that we have checked our contents and ensure the integrity of the order has been fulfilled. We are very particular with the delivery of our items ensuring they are of top tier standard before shipping.

Return Policy 

All sales are considered FINAL. 

DRY ICEE™ clothing double-checks to ensure the quality of the products and specifics of each order prior to shipping.  However, if defective merchandise is received at the point of origin, please contact DRY ICEE™ via email within 3 business days of delivery. 

Returns without pre-authorization by DRY ICEE™ are not accepted. 

Shipping/handling charges where applicable are not refundable.

Refund will be made for the defective pieces only in a form of a store credit. 

We double-check total quantity of items prior to shipping.  If there is any item sold out / out of stock, we notify customers via e-mail re: shortage and either provide a refund or suggest a substitution. 

You should never report a missing item unless it is truly missing and you have not been notified by us regarding the item short / out of stock via e-mail. An investigation will be launched to secure any lost items and the proper authorities will be notified.
